Program Co-Chairs

On behalf of the Pediatric Anesthesiology Foundation, we are thrilled to welcome you back to Anaheim, California, for the 63rd Clinical Conference in Pediatric Anesthesiology. This year’s event will take place at the iconic Disneyland® Hotel from February 7-9, 2025, offering a unique blend of exceptional education and the magic of Disney®.

While the nearby amusement parks may entice, we are confident the carefully curated lectures will be equally captivating. With your feedback shaping our agenda, we’ve brought together a program that highlights the expertise of our outstanding speakers and addresses the most pressing topics in pediatric anesthesiology.

We’re excited to announce that Sapna Kudchadkar, MD, PhD, Anesthesiologist-in-Chief at the Johns Hopkins Charlotte R. Bloomberg Children's Center, will be joining us as this year’s Digby Leigh Speaker. Her lecture, Illness Doesn’t Mean Stillness: Lessons in Persistence, Humility, and Leadership, promises to inspire and challenge us all.

Program Highlights
• Friday Evening Kickoff: Engage with cutting-edge updates, such as the latest on the Pedi Crisis app and the Pediatric Difficult Airway Registry. End the evening with a spectacular view of Disneyland’s fireworks.
• Saturday Sessions: Gain insights into topics like pain management for thoracic procedures, advancements in pediatric sepsis criteria, and anesthesia considerations for obesity and bariatric surgery.
• Sunday’s Closing: Wrap up with expert discussions on non-invasive neuromonitoring, managing airway emergencies, and enhancing lifelong learning in our field.
