On behalf of the Pediatric Anesthesiology Foundation, we are thrilled to welcome you back to Anaheim, California, for the 64th Clinical Conference in Pediatric Anesthesiology. This year’s event will take place at the wonderful  Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa from February 20-22, 2026, offering a unique blend of exceptional education and the magic of Disney®.

While the nearby amusement parks may entice, we are confident the carefully curated lectures will be equally captivating. With your feedback shaping our agenda, we’ve brought together a program that highlights the expertise of our outstanding speakers and addresses the most pressing topics in pediatric anesthesiology.

We’re excited to announce that Dr. Rita Agarwal, MD, FAAP, FASA, Clinical Professor at Stanford, Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine, will be joining us as this year’s Digby Leigh Speaker. Her lecture, Chronic Pain, promises to inspire and challenge us all. 

Program Highlights:

• Friday Evening Kickoff: Updates in Pediatric Anesthesia with sessions on influential manuscripts, multimodal recovery strategies, and quantitative monitoring—followed by Disneyland® fireworks.
• Saturday Sessions: Insightful talks on PICU evolution, pediatric orthopedic challenges, leveraging digital platforms in education, and a dynamic Pro/Con debate on longstanding anesthetic practices.
• Saturday Afternoon Feature: The Digby Leigh Lecture, Chronic Pain by Dr. Rita Agarwal, plus discussions on pediatric care in adult facilities and artificial intelligence in healthcare.
• Sunday’s Closing: A final series exploring risk stratification in congenital heart disease, perioperative anxiety management, early extubation after transplantation, and airway device considerations.

This year we will be hosting the conference at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel^® & Spa, allowing us to reconnect, learn, and celebrate together ina truly magical place.
