EVALUATIONS & CME/AANA MAC ED CREDITS

How and where can I claim my CME/AANA MAC Ed Credits?

Evaluations are available at the conclusion of each lecture. Navigate to the Evaluation tab and click on the lecture topics. After evaluating, claim your CME/CEU credits by clicking here. The deadline to claim CME is Thursday, March 24, 2026, 11:59 PM PST. You will only have 30 days to claim your CME/AANA MAC Ed Credits.

Am I able to obtain a participation certificate if I forgot to submit the evaluation during the conference weekend?
You can submit your evaluation up to 30 days from the final day of the conference. After 30 days you will not be able to obtain your participation certificate if you did not submit the evaluation by the deadline.                NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.

Access the evaluations through the tab in the Mobile Meeting Guide. Complete the evaluations for each session you attended, as well as the general evaluation section. Once complete, you MUST review and SUBMIT to receive your CME/CEU credit.

LECTURE RECORDINGS

Will the lectures be recorded?
Yes! All in-person attendees will have access to the on-demand content of the recorded sessions. General session lectures will be added to the Mobile Meeting Guide for on-demand viewing 7 – 10 business days following the conclusion of the live meeting. Registrants will be notified by email when the on-demand links are available.

How can I view the recorded lectures?
You will need to log into the Mobile Meeting Guide and go to the Program and Recordings tab. Click on the Available On-Demand – Watch the Session button, for each corresponding day to watch each session. 


REGISTRATION AND BADGE PICK-UP

Where do I go for registration check-in and to pick-up my conference badge?
Registration and badge pick-up hours are Friday, February 20 from 5:00pm - 7:45pm outside the West Registration desk area near the Sequoia South Foyer and will resume on Saturday morning at 7:00am.

PARKING

Upon arriving at the hotel, where do I park to get to the conference rooms?
You can self-park or valet upon arrival at the Disneyland hotel. Please note that there are fees associated with parking.

What is the fee for parking?
Attendees who stay overnight at the Hotel will be charged either, as applicable, the self-parking fee applicable at the time of the Event (currently Forty Dollars ($40.00) per car, per night), or the valet parking fee applicable at the time of the Event (currently Seventy Dollars ($70.00) per car, per night), each with in/out privileges.

Attendees who drive-on and are not overnight guests of the Hotel will be charged either, as applicable, the self-parking fee applicable at the time of the Event (currently Forty Dollars ($40.00) per car, per day) or the valet parking fee applicable at the time of the Event (currently Sixty Five Dollars ($70.00) per car, per day), each for once in, once out privileges and not for in/out privileges.

 

PURCHASING BREAKFAST & LUNCH FOR REGISTRANTS GUEST(S)

Attendees who would like to have their guest join them for breakfast or lunch, need to purchase the Breakfast or Lunch add-on in the registration section.  Please note that guests of paid registrants without badges will not be let into the lecture hall, and must show meal ticket upon entering the breakfast/lunch hall.

ALL ATTENDEES MUST HAVE BADGE TO ACCESS ALL MEETING EVENTS.
