ACCREDITATION
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Pediatric Anesthesia Foundation. The Children’s Hospital Los Angeles is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The Children’s Hospital Los Angeles designates this live activity for a maximum of 14 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

We suggest doing this before you register for the conference to ensure that ASATT CE credits will be awarded for participation in this conference.

EVALUATIONS & CMEs
Evaluations are available at the conclusion of each lecture. Navigate to the Evaluation tab and click on the lecture topics. After evaluating, claim your CME/CE credits. The deadline to claim CME/CE credits is Monday, March 22, 2026, 11:59 PM PST. Access the evaluations through the tab in the Mobile Meeting Guide. Complete the evaluations for each session you attended, as well as the general evaluation section. Once complete, you MUST review and SUBMIT to receive your CME/CE credit
LECTURE RECORDINGS
With your registration you will have access to the on-demand content of the recorded sessions. General session lectures will become available for on-demand viewing 7 – 10 business days following the conclusion of the live meeting. Registrants will be notified by email when the on-demand links are available.

- Go to paf64.org to enter the Mobile Meeting Guide (MMG)
- Once in the MMG, select the forward option at the bottom of your screen.
- Scroll up and select "Add to Home Screen ".
Android Instructions:
- Go to paf64.org to enter the Mobile Meeting Guide (MMG)
- Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to home screen.
- Choose a name for the website shortcut, then add it to your home screen.
REFUNDS
The appropriate registration fee must accompany the application. In the event of cancellation, $100.00 will be retained by the Foundation as an administrative fee. No refunds will be made after January 23, 2026.
