Call for Abstracts
The Pediatric Anesthesia Foundation invites the submission of scientific abstracts for presentation at our upcoming meeting. We welcome original research, quality improvement initiatives, educational innovations, clinical case series, and other scholarly work that advances the field of pediatric anesthesia and perioperative care.
Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts must represent original work, including challenging cases, that have not been previously published in a peer-reviewed journal.
- Submissions should be written in English.
- The abstract should not exceed 450 words (excluding title, author information, and references).

Include the following sections, as applicable:
- Background
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- List all authors and institutional affiliations.
- Identify the presenting author and provide a current email address.
- Please limit tables or figures to one for submission (you may submit more if accepted).
Review Process
All abstracts will undergo peer review based on:
- Scientific merit
- Originality
- Relevance to pediatric anesthesia
- Clarity of presentation
Submissions must be free from commercial interest or sponsorship.
Authors will be notified of the review outcome following completion of the selection process.
Registration Policy
Presenting authors whose abstracts are accepted will be eligible for an extended early registration period. Additional details, including the registration deadline and instructions, will be provided in the acceptance notification.
